Our Process

Pre-construction Planning & Selections
Our architects and interior designers take early engagement in the design and pre-construction planning process to work within your budget to build your dream home. We will discuss your different floor plan options as well as the fixtures, appliances, flooring, countertops, windows and other interior options during our selection process. You will leave our office not only knowing that you are receiving the very best in your house but it is a design personalized to your specific style and needs.
Site Preparation and Break Ground
Marvella Homes team will keep you informed throughout the construction process. You will have an opportunity to meet us at the construction site to discuss the schedule and estimated delivery date.
Construction Management and Handing over the Keys
We worry about all the details so that you don't have to. After your selections are decided and the foundation has been excavated, Marvella’s skilled construction staff will ensure your project completes on time and within budget with the specific design choices you picked out.
